A trojan downloader program first infects the system then goes out and installs this fake client along with several other viruses.

When you see a message that says all your personal data is being accessed by an outside source then it’s easy to see how someone might get scared. This is all fake and a scam. Those errors are just there to scare you into purchasing the product.
There are many different removal guides out there for this strain. Some are very well written and others are just pitching a product without offering any real solution. Do your homework and research and if your infected with this the do expect it to take a little while to fully remove it.
